Vital to the usefulness of any application involving knowing your customer is reliable verification that they are who they say they are. DocumentXpert allows a financial institution to control customer level documentation for due diligence on individuals or organizations that are related to accounts by creating list of documents by account type together with requirements and grace periods for receipt.

Integrated to CustomerXpert as a valuable add-on for use in both AMLXpert and/or TradeXpert, the document tracking module allows a financial institution to truly manage forms by providing three different notification methods that documents are missing or expired:

  • E-mail notification to a specific user or user group
  • Automatic workflow creation
  • Customer quality control matrix

Additionally, with the capability to scan document images DocumentXpert creates an enterprise-wide solution where customer relations and compliance user groups have access to one set of documents for all financial institution needs on demand, stored as long as required by the regulatory groups.

To complete the imaging processes FormXpert allows the financial institution to select customers to send forms to based on expiration dates or function (i.e. account opening) and send barcoded images that can later be scanned and cataloged in DocumentXpert.
